All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the details and tracking number so you can track your order at all times.

**2. Estimated Shipping Times:**
- **Standard Shipping:** 2 to 3 business days
Premium Shipping: 24 hours.

**3. Shipping costs:**
We offer free shipping on orders over €60 to all of mainland Spain. For orders below this amount or for international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

**4. Track your Order:**
To track the status of your shipment, you can use the tracking number that we will provide you when processing your order. You just need to enter this number on our courier service page.

**5. Return Policies:**

In the event that the product is defective, we will replace it with an identical one, free of charge, provided that the manufacturer/supplier accepts it as a manufacturing error.

1. If the return is due to a manufacturing/supplier error, shipping costs will be borne by Akatsuki Anime Store.

2. If the reasons for return are other or the Manufacturer/Supplier does not consider the product to be defective, the return will be accepted but all costs arising from receiving the merchandise and refunding the money will be borne by the buyer.

The refund will be made once the product has been received in our stores and it has been confirmed that everything is correct.
