At Akatsuki Store, we take your figure collection very seriously. Therefore, we offer and assure our customers the possibility of reserving some figures at the best price before having them physically in our warehouse.
As most collectors will know, official products have a limited production and are scarce, and their price may increase upon arrival. Therefore, if you do not want to be left without a unit of a figure and get it at the best price, perhaps the Reserve option may be an option you are looking for.
1.Reservation Availability
The procurement of products on Pre-Order varies by item. For some products, the manufacturer informs us of the exact number of pieces available for order on the day we start accepting orders, and this number is recorded in our system. When we reach the allowed order limit, the stock status of the item automatically changes to “Order Stop”, and we do not accept any more orders for that item.
In other cases, the manufacturer determines the number of pieces to be produced based on the number of orders received from us and other retailers. In this situation, we continue to accept orders and report them to the manufacturer regularly so that they are aware of demand.
2.Booking Confirmation
By placing a reservation, you will secure a place on the order list for the product. The reservation confirmation will be sent by email and the order will be registered in our system. If the product has limited availability and the number of reservations reaches the limit, no additional reservations will be accepted.
3.Priority in Reservations
Reservations will be processed in the order in which they were received. In case of high demand or limited supply, products will be allocated according to the chronological order of reservations.
3.Reservation Limitations and Cancellations
Although we endeavour to ensure the availability of pre-ordered products, circumstances beyond our control, such as production constraints or quality issues, may arise which affect the amount of stock available. In such cases, we will attempt to obtain additional units; if this is not possible, unfulfilled orders may be cancelled, and affected customers will be informed as soon as possible.
4.Payment of Reservations
When reserving a product, partial payment is required. 20% of the total value of the specific product as COMMITMENT to the reservation. The payment terms will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation of a reservation for reasons beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be processed.
5.Delivery times
The estimated delivery date will be indicated on the reserved product page. Please note that this date is only an estimate and may be subject to change due to production or shipping factors.
6.Modification or Cancellation of the Reservation by the Client
We only accept cancellations for reasons beyond the client's control. The client may request cancellation of their reservation once it arrives in preparation for shipment. To modify or cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team.
